Jewelry Care Guide
General Tips
Jewelry should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.
Remove before swimming.
Store separately to prevent scratches.
Use the custom acacia box and jute pouch to protect your piece between wears.
Sterling Silver
All of our pieces are made from certified recycled sterling silver (925).
To clean: Use a soft polishing cloth to restore shine. Avoid abrasive cleaners or rough cloths. If needed, use a few drops of mild dish soap (for example Dawn) mixed in warm water and a soft toothbrush to gently clean.
To protect: Store in your acacia box or pouch when not in use to slow natural tarnish.
Avoid: Prolonged contact with water, salt, chlorine, or harsh chemicals.
Beaded Bracelets (Elastic Cord)
Wear: Roll over your hand instead of stretching wide.
Elastic life: With daily wear, elastic may stretch slightly over time—rolling instead of pulling helps it last longer.
Avoid: Prolonged water exposure and chemicals that can weaken the cord.
Storage: Keep in pouch or box to prevent unnecessary tension.
Cuffs & Chains
Fit: Adjust cuffs gently once to your wrist—avoid repeated bending which can stress the silver.
Wear: Put on after using lotions or cologne to reduce buildup.
Storage: Lay flat or clasp closed to prevent kinks and scratches.
Natural Stones & Gems
Each stone is unique—colors, patterns, and inclusions vary naturally.
Care: Wipe with a soft, damp cloth only. Avoid ultrasonic or harsh chemical cleaners.
Avoid: Dropping or striking hard surfaces; natural stones can chip or crack.
