Exchange, Return & Warranty Policy
Exchanges
Need a different size? We’ve got you. We offer one free size exchange per item on U.S. orders within 30 days of delivery.
What’s included (U.S.):
- 
We’ll email you a prepaid return label for the item you’re exchanging.
 - 
We cover outbound shipping for your replacement (first exchange per item).
 - 
Ship on inspection: we’ll send your replacement after your return arrives and passes inspection (typically 1 business day from the day we receive it).
 
Eligibility:
- 
Tried-on only, unworn condition (no scratches, dents, stretched elastic, or signs of wear).
 - 
All original packaging must be returned (pouch, tags, decorative box).
 - 
Exchanges are size-for-size of the same style. Want a different style? Please return for a refund and place a new order. (See return policy below.)
 
How to start:
Email info@quinnhenry.com with your order number and the size you need. We’ll confirm stock, issue your prepaid label, and send return instructions.
Additional exchanges & exceptions:
- 
One free size exchange per item. Additional exchanges within the 30-day window are allowed, but shipping costs apply.
 - 
Items returned with missing packaging (decorative box and pouch) may incur a $10 packaging replacement fee. Pieces showing wear may be refused or incur a $25 refinishing fee (applies to returns; for exchanges, we’ll advise before proceeding).
 
International exchanges:
- 
For orders shipped outside the U.S., return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and duties/taxes are non-refundable.

Two options:
- 
Return for refund and place a new order in the correct size, or
 - 
Exchange with shipping both ways quoted before we proceed.

Return Policy
If your jewelry isn’t quite right, we’ll work with you to make it right.
- 
Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
 - 
Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging (including jewelry pouch, tags, and decorative box).
 - 
Exclusions:

Custom or made-to-order items (special sizing, engravings, or modifications)
 - 
Final sale items

Items showing signs of wear, scratches, or damage

Process: Email info@quinnhenry.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. We can also provide a prepaid label with costs deducted from your refund.
 - 
Refunds: Issued to the original payment method after inspection. Please allow up to 7 business days after receipt for processing. Shipping fees, if any were charged for the original order, are non-refundable. For international orders, duties and taxes are also non-refundable.
 
Warranty Policy
Every Quinn Henry piece is crafted to last, but jewelry is meant to be worn and lived in — which means it may naturally acquire light scratches or marks over time. This is part of the story of your piece and not considered a defect.

Warranty Period: 1 year from delivery.

What’s Covered:

Manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty clasps, loose settings, structural issues not caused by wear)
 - 
Stones that detach due to workmanship flaws

What’s Not Covered:
- 
Normal wear and tear (scratches, dings, tarnish, stretching of elastic beading cord)
 - 
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or exposure to chemicals
 - 
Alterations or repairs by a third party not authorized by Quinn Henry

How to Claim: Contact us at info@quinnhenry.com with your order number, description, and clear photos. We’ll review and may offer a repair, replacement, or credit at our discretion.
 
Care Reminder
