We want you to love your Quinn Henry jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging.
Eligibility
We accept returns on stock items that meet the following conditions:

Item is in new condition (no visible wear, scratches, or alterations)

All original packaging, inserts, tags, and jewelry pouches are included

Return is postmarked within the 14-day window
Items Not Eligible for Return

Custom or made-to-order items (e.g., personalized engraving, special sizing, or one-off modifications)

Items marked as final sale

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or modification

Items returned without original packaging

How to Return an Item

Email info@quinnhenry.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your package. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If it is easier for you, we can provide a shipping label. Return shipping and insurance costs will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Please allow up to 7 business days after receipt for processing.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We inspect each piece carefully before it ships, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please let us know right away.
