We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every Quinn Henry piece. Our jewelry is thoughtfully designed and carefully handmade by skilled artisans. Because of this, each piece is slightly unique — and we consider that a part of its character.

Warranty Coverage

We offer a 3-month limited warranty from the date of purchase for all Quinn Henry jewelry.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal use. If your item qualifies, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Covered Issues

The following issues are typically covered under warranty:

  • Broken or faulty clasps, jump rings, or chain links (not caused by pulling or wear)

  • Loose or fallen stones due to improper setting

  • Solder joints that break under normal wear

  • Excessively tarnished silver within the first 6 months (if due to metal purity or processing flaws)

  • Structural failure of ring shanks, band joints, or prongs not caused by accidental damage

To initiate a claim, you must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt) and photos of the damage.

Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or wear and tear. This includes:

  • Scratches, dents, or bent bands from impact or improper storage

  • Damage due to exposure to harsh chemicals, saltwater, or extreme force

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Tarnishing that occurs beyond 3 months or due to infrequent cleaning

  • Damage caused by third-party alterations or repairs

  • Broken chains from being snagged or pulled

Please note: Rings and bracelets are particularly vulnerable to force and accidental bending. While we build them for everyday wear, care must still be taken to avoid snagging, pulling, or dropping.

Variations in Craftsmanship

Variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics of gemstones, such as internal inclusions, unique patterns, or slight color differences, are part of their natural beauty and not considered defects.

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A short description of what happened
